Login problems and their fixes
The Password is rejected.
Retype it slowly. A Password is 6 to 12 letters or numbers with no special characters, so a symbol you remember adding means it is a different password. If it still fails, use Forgot Password.
The page will not load.
Try another address from the list above, typed by hand. The lobby answered on six addresses on 1 October 2026, so one failing does not mean your account is gone.
The fund password does not log you in.
The fund password is only for withdrawals. Log in with your login Password, and keep the two written apart.
Nothing works.
