Cause 1: the wrong password in the wrong place

Login fails and you are sure the Username is right.
Type the Password you set at registration, 6 to 12 letters or numbers, and check each character, because the field takes letters and numbers only. If you used a different password for withdrawals, that one will not log you in.
Cause 2: JILIEVO forgot password
For a forgotten login password, start with the Forgot Password control in the top bar, next to Login and Register. JILIEVO forgot password is a lobby feature, so the lobby decides what it asks of you.
You cannot remember the login password.
