JILIEVO Responsible Play: Help and Limits in the Philippines
Gambling should stay entertainment, and it should never be a source of income. You must be 21 or older to gamble in the Philippines, and several other groups are barred altogether. The sections below give PAGCOR’s own help routes, read on 1 October 2026, and the lobby’s own self-exclusion route.
Who is prohibited from gambling
PAGCOR’s Responsible Gaming page lists these people as prohibited from entering and playing in any gaming establishment and from playing on any online gaming platform.
- Government officials and employees, including those of local government units, state universities and colleges, and government-owned or -controlled corporations with original charters.
- Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and of the Philippine National Police.
- Persons under 21 years of age.
- Persons included in the National Database of Restricted Persons.
- Employees of licensees and Gaming Employment License holders.
PAGCOR’s help resources

Warning signs
PAGCOR lists the signs of problem gambling. You may bet more than you meant to, play for longer than you planned, or chase your losses. It can lead to debt and missed bills, and to borrowing or selling belongings to keep playing. If any of these sound familiar, use a route above today.
The JILIEVO lobby’s own self-exclusion
The lobby’s Responsible gambling page says you can self-exclude by messaging its support and naming a period between 6 months and 5 years. It states that the exclusion cannot be undone during that period. It also asks for one account per person and recommends a deposit limit, a time limit and regular breaks.
- Decide your period, anywhere from 6 months to 5 years.
- Open the chat bubble in the lobby and ask for self-exclusion.
- Keep the reply, and stay away from other casinos during the same period.
Rules for the habit, whatever the casino
Set a deposit limit before you play and keep to it. Set a time limit for each session. Never borrow money to gamble, and do not chase a loss.
