JILIEVO JILI Games — Studio, Licences & Titles

The subject of this page is the studio JILI, and not any operator that carries it. Material from the company itself and public regulator records is where what follows comes from.

Who JILI is

A founding year is not published. No corporate source states one.

Licences the studio holds

JILI is on record as holding: PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department). Covering the company that makes the games and not the casino that offers them, a studio licence differs from an operator licence, and a player’s recourse runs through the operator’s regulator rather than the studio’s.

• PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department) — PAGCOR EGLD counts several JILI slot titles among its approved electronic games. What PAGCOR approved was the game content, meant for use by the operators under its licence, and that is not an operator licence for JILI, who holds none.

Titles covered on this site

This site has its own page for 12 JILI titles: Super Ace Deluxe, Fortune Gems 2, Dragon Treasure, Golden Empire, Mega Ace, Boxing King, Wild Ace, Money Coming, Super Ace, Fortune Gems, Charge Buffalo, Fortune Gems 3.

Super Ace, Fortune Gems, Royal Fishing and Golden Empire are the titles JILI itself features on its own pages. Treat that line as the studio advertising the catalogue it sells. Nothing is said about whether a casino carries any of them, nor about which have pages here.

Whether JILI publishes RTP

On its own game pages, JILI gives no return-to-player figures. An RTP for one of its titles that you see elsewhere comes from third-party aggregation, and those sources contradict each other. This site does not quote one.

Searching JILI’s own game pages for a listed RTP figure will get you nothing. No RTP field appeared on any of the fourteen official jiligames.com title pages once each one had been gone through. Two points can separate the aggregators’ figures for one and the same title, so this page includes none of them.

This matters more than it sounds. Without a primary source behind it, a return-to-player figure proves nothing, and that includes a number that comparison sites keep repeating to one another.

JILI in the Philippine market

Game content bearing PAGCOR EGLD approval sits next to a marketing site built with the Philippines in mind. Legal commentators point out that JILI carries no PAGCOR operator licence itself, meaning the operator’s own licence, not the JILI name, decides whether a site stands legitimately.

JILI, and the studios that people mix it up with

Several aggregators misidentify this as a TaDa Gaming sister brand under shared ownership, so Fortune Gems and other titles end up credited to TaDa instead of JILI. This has its roots in industry commentary, not in anything JILI’s own site says, and is treated as a conflation, not an ownership fact. As a separate matter, ‘Jili777’ ran as an unlicensed, unrelated entity until it closed in January 2024, and it was never this studio.
